Welcome to Avalon Adventist Christian Academy!
Please follow the steps below to apply to our school. We are looking forward to meeting with you and are excited you've chosen to learn here!

For Kindergarten students, please leave questions blank that pertain to students who have been previously enrolled in a school.

Pay the $100 registration (non-refundable) fee by cash, cheque, or etransfer

We will process your admission and update you once the Board has made a final decision.

2nd Child: Registration fee, school supplies and 50% of monthly student fee
3rd Child: Registration fee, school supplies and no tuition charge
Non-Constituent
Grade 1-6 $225/Grade 7-9 $250
1st Child: Registration fee, school supplies and monthly student fee
2nd Child: Registration fee, school supplies and 50% of monthly student fee
3rd Child: Registration fee, school supplies and no tuition charge
New Student to Avalon
1st Child: Registration fee, school supplies and 50% of monthly student fee
2nd Child: Registration fee, school supplies and 25% of monthly student fee
3rd Child: Registration fee, school supplies and no tuition charge
Kindergarten student: Registration fee, school supplies and no tuition
The Annual Registration Fee has been
reduced from $150 to $100.
This is a non-refundable fee.
Additional Charges
There is an additional $50 yearly course fee for Applied Skills/Fine Arts courses for Grades 7-9 (i.e. Art, Food, Home Economics)
Teachers will pick up the students school supplies. The charge for K-6 is $30, for grades 7-9 is $50.

Important Notes
Tuition payments are due and payable by the 1st day of each month unless other arrangements have been made on your personal financial plan completed at registration.
If your financial position changes during the school year, you can come to the office to adjust your financial plan accordingly. If you feel you need some help there are forms for Student Aid in the office that you can fill out to see if you qualify.
NEW BOARD POLICY: The Board has moved that any family that is more than 3 months behind in their tuition payments for the current year and/or past years are required to meet with the School Board to work out a financial plan prior to acceptance of the new school year.
